Aaron and Samantha wanted a casual and fun engagement session in Salt Lake City. We went to the rolling hills above the city which gave us a spectacular fall view and the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
We had the pleasure of teaching at the Belle Lumiere Portland, OR workshop back in June. We love teaching film and photography in general and we are always to excited to work with Belle Lumiere Magazine. We got to reunite with some of our friends and make lots of new friends. All the creatives involved are extremely talented and we feel so lucky to photograph their hard work.

This was our first time ever visiting the Bonneville Salt Flats and getting to take Tyler and Sarah’s family photos there was so much fun. The wide expanse of clean flat land and the perfect white reflector all around are just a couple things that make this one our top picks for photographing families in Salt Lake City.
Ashley and Evan had a Provo City Center Temple wedding and their reception outside a quaint historic church building along the Wasatch Mountain front near Salt Lake City. It rained a little that day but nothing was going to change the happiness and excitement that the couple and their guests felt. They had one of the first weddings at the Provo City Center after its opening and we were so excited to photograph such a cute couple at such a special location.
The floral from St. Thomas was stunning and we love her simple and colorful style. The clean white details with orange and yellow flowers created a timeless style. Ashley, Evan and many of their family members worked hours on the old chapel grounds to get it ready for their reception. The white chapel sets against the beautiful mountain views. The bistro lights and soft music made the reception a chic affair.
