What to Wear

For Engagement sessions we recommend having two outfit changes.

Here are some tips:

1.Coordinating attire is a must. For example, if you are wearing light colored jeans do not put your groom in dark colored jeans.

2. If you are wearing a dress, your groom should wear a complimentary shirt or tie. Accessories are also a good way to let your personality shine through clothing.

3. Hair and makeup should be considered, but do not go overboard with product. Your hair and makeup should appear soft and natural for the camera but you can wear a little more than usual because makeup does not show up in photos a lot. False eyelashes are always great too.

4. If you have a dark or pale complexion, stay away from contrasting colors (whites and blacks). The contrast makes the facial features less defined. Black or white are normally the go to color schemes for people when they think of a photo shoot, but in reality can be less flattering and hard to work with.

5. Engagement photo sessions take about 60-90 minutes to complete. Feel free to bring props if you like.

Photo Sesssion

Images on a DVD are ready within 2 weeks and you see your sneak peek the day after the shoot.

Weddings

We want you to know and trust us before your wedding day. Because once that day comes you should not need to think of us once. Everything is taken care of, relax and know we are doing our job and the photos will look beautiful. We will try to stay under the radar and let you have your beautiful day, and we will capture it. We like to arrive two hours before the ceremony to take getting ready photos and detail photos. Mike is the detail king and after he is done hanging out with the guys, he captures all those small and large details you have works months on designing.

When it is all over, we head home to edit the photos and post the edited ones on a password protected page for you, and whoever you give the password to, to view. The day after the wedding we will post a sneak peek of a handful of images. Photos are ready no later than one month after the wedding.
